I’m Jenny - the heart behind gillhaus photography, a wife and mama of two young boys. Zayn and Henry - they inspire everything I do.

My journey into photographing growing families began not just with a love for beautiful images, but from a very personal place. After the birth of my first son, I experienced postpartum depression and struggled to find the confidence to book a photo session to capture our early moments. Looking back, I regret not having those memories preserved the way I had hoped. That experience lit a fire in me: to create what I needed in those brand new days. A calm, nurturing space where mothers (especially new ones ) feel safe, held, and seen. Whether we’re photographing at your home or mine, my priority is always to meet you where you’re at — no pressure, no performance, just connection.
